A little bit about Collective Membership:

- Space is made available within the store to like-minded artisans or collectors who can fill a space 10'X10' and pay the price per sq.ft. monthly, similar to a Vendor mall. a 3% Credit card use fee also applies. Rent is payable monthly and monthly contracts are available. Sales payouts are made every two weeks.

-Collective members must also be able to contribute to a work schedule and commit to in-store sales help at least one day a week, which increases during the month of December.

-All merchandising, restocking, displays, tags, packing materials are the responsibility of each collective member.

-Use of the POS system, tracking and inventory management systems, computers, printers, one on-site parking spot, internet & phone, utilities, and restroom use is included in the monthly rental price.

-Not included in the rental price is web hosting or any kind of online shop presence or marketing/promotion of the store.

-Collective members must carry their own renter's insurance to cover their merchandise within the store.
